Payments are made on a monthly or hourly contract basis, depending on your service plan. Invoices are sent at the end of each billing cycle and are payable through bank transfer, Payoneer, or other agreed methods.
Yes, we offer short-term trial plans so you can test our dispatching and call handling services before committing long-term.
You can cancel by providing 30 days written notice. Services already delivered remain billable. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
Refunds are only available for advance payments if services have not yet started. Once dispatching operations begin, payments are non-refundable.
