Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Luxdriv, we strive to deliver reliable and professional dispatch and support services for our clients. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how cancellations and refund requests are handled.

1:Service Nature

Our services are time-based and operational (dispatching, call handling, scheduling). Once service hours are provided, they cannot be refunded.

2:Cancellations

Clients may cancel ongoing service agreements by providing 30 days written notice.

Services already rendered before cancellation will be billed in full.

Pre-scheduled service hours will remain chargeable unless canceled within the agreed notice period.

3:Refunds

No refunds are issued for services that have already been delivered.

If a client makes an advance payment for future services:

A pro-rated refund may be considered only if services have not yet started.

Once the team is assigned and operations have begun, advance payments become non-refundable.

4:Non-Refundable Fees

Setup fees, onboarding fees, or any third-party costs (e.g., call system setup, software integrations) are non-refundable.

5:Disputes

If you believe a billing error occurred, please contact us at

within 7 days of the invoice date. We will review the matter and respond promptly.

6:Policy Updates

Luxdriv reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms
