1:Introduction
Luxdriv LLC (USA) and Luxdriv Pvt Ltd (Pakistan) (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provide professional dispatch and call center services for transportation businesses. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2:Services Provided
24/7 Dispatch Support (Taxi, Luxury, NEMT, and Transportation).
Inbound & Outbound Call Center Services.
Trip Scheduling & Driver Coordination.
⚠️ Note: Luxdriv does not own or operate vehicles. We only provide dispatching and communication support on behalf of our clients.
3:Client Responsibilities
Ensure drivers, vehicles, and insurance are in compliance with local/state/federal laws.
Provide accurate trip details and passenger information.
Maintain all necessary licenses and permits required for transportation services.
4:Payments
Fees are billed as per the service agreement (hourly/monthly).
Payments must be made on time (Net 15/30 terms, unless agreed otherwise).
Late payments may result in suspension of services.
5:Cancellations & Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice (30 days recommended).
No refunds for services already provided.
6:Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of all client and passenger data. Information will not be shared with third parties unless legally required.
7:Limitation of Liability
Luxdriv is not responsible for accidents, delays, injuries, or property damage during trips.
Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for our dispatch services in the month of claim.
8:Compliance
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with Modivcare, Medicaid, HIPAA, DOT, and state regulations.
Luxdriv provides dispatch assistance but does not guarantee legal or regulatory compliance.
9:Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software related to Luxdriv.com are owned by Luxdriv LLC. Clients may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute without permission.
10:Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Wyoming, USA. Mediation or arbitration will be attempted before legal proceedings.
11:Updates
Luxdriv reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services means you agree to the updated terms.
